This Refunds Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by SAZEM GOLD.
Project-Based Services
Because our services (web development, marketing, branding) are custom and time-based, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the work already completed.
Deposits
Initial deposits secure your project slot and cover early-stage work; deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as domain names, hosting, plugins or ad spend) are non-refundable.
